In October 25, 1971, a shop named Hang Cheung Hong, on 425 Queen's Road West, Hong Kong, commenced business in selling petrochemical products, which later became Yip's Chemical Holdings Limited.
With the philosophies of "diligence breeds success" and "sincerity wins trust", Hang Cheung Hong consolidated its position and explored new opportunities in the petrochemical industry.
The Group began to purchase raw materials in China while actively expanding its presence in the China market.
Under China's open policy, the Group began developing innovative, high-tech chemical products, expanding its product range and creating its own brands.
The Group set up its first factory, Hang Cheung Petrochemical Factory, in Buji, Shenzhen.
New factories in Huiyang, Zhongshan and Zhejiang were constructed and equipped with the most advanced automatic production lines and facilities, increasing productivity significantly. The Group undertook several acquisitions to enhance overall competitiveness.
